We are living in a new age, with COVID-19 front and centre for our guests, We want our guests to understand what we are doing today and planning for in the near future in the areas of cleanliness, hygiene and social distancing so that when they walk through the doors, they know our commitment to their health and safety is our priority.   

Booking Confirmation – We will make contact by Phone, Text or Email to confirm if you would prefer Contactless Checking in and Check out to explain how this works. 

Arrival & Departure – Approximate times of Arrival and Departure will be required to minimise and control movement around public areas. 

Sanitising Stations – located at Key points around Oaktree Lodge. 

Breakfast – Allocated Times will be required for breakfast to minimise and control movement around the Public areas and breakfast room. 

Public Areas, Guest Room, High touch points Cleaning and Sanitising                                          Oaktree Lodge, which has long had a reputation for high standards of hotel cleanliness, has a long tradition of emphasising cleanliness in our care of guest rooms and public spaces. Elevated cleanliness standards and hospitality norms and behaviours to meet the new health and safety challenges presented by the current pandemic environment include. 

Electrostatic Sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitise surfaces throughout the Oaktree Lodge. Electrostatic spraying technology uses the highest classification of Hospital Grade Disinfectants recommended by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organisation (WHO) to treat known pathogens. The sprayers rapidly clean and disinfect entire areas and will be used throughout Oaktree Lodge to clean and disinfect guest rooms, public areas.                                                   

Surface Areas: The importance of high-touch surface cleanliness. In public spaces and Guest rooms – Oaktree Lodge has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are thoroughly treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency.

More than ever we know plans change so should you need to cancel your booking for any reason – No Charge Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hrs before your Arrival on bookings and stays between 1st June 2020 and 1st May 2021
